NO POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATION: #28. All patient care or consumable items shall be stored at least 8 inches above the floor. 15A NCAC 18A .1318 (a). Observed several boxes patient care items stored on the floor in medical supply storage room. *NOTE: Facility is in the process of renovating top floor where residents are currently housed. Residents are expected to be relocated to bottom floor in the coming weeks. Administrator, Christina Sanders, and building services director, Pedro Gonzalez, were present during time of inspection.
