| 1/9/2014 | | Final Score @ Grade | | | *In addition to the full, routine inspection, an inspection was done in reference to the illness service request ID 45131.-All chemicals being used today are the same as last inspection.-In addition to said chemicals, approved Chlorox Bleach wipes are now being used on knobs, beds, tables, chains on the lights (per several housekeepers), inside the resident rooms.-All residents are confined to their rooms.-All common areas such as the Parlors, Shower rooms, Rehab, Activity room, and Dining room are all shut down and blocked off.-Per Susan, the common areas will not be reopened until there is a full 48 hours of No symptoms at all from anyone.-Per Susan & Lauren, more illnesses have been reported since onset earlier this week.-Upon speaking with multiple nurses and housekeepers, all stated that they wash hands before contact with a resident as well as after.-Per Juanita, she goes over sanitary measures with her housekeeping staff daily.-Handwashing and cleaning were discussed today. |
