Note: Post grade card where license is posted. Should not be posted in the office Add soap and paper towel dispensers in beauty salon in new building. Make sure staff does not bring in unapproved sanitizers or disinfectants. They must be registered with the EPA and labeled use for hospital or nursing home. NO POINTS #29-Mop receptors or sinks shall be provided and used for the cleaning of mops and the disposal of mop water. Other plumbing fixtures shall not be used for these purpose. 15A NCAC 18A .1318 (b). Observed damaged FRP needs replacing in 2nd floor mop closet #34-All common linen including sheets, pillow cases, absorbent pads, towels, and wash cloths provided by the facility must be sanitized between users with an EPA registered laundry sanitizer or by other methods described in 15A NCAC 18A .1319 (b). Observed cleaning rags laundered on site. No bleach dispensers hooked to washers. Bleach stored in a locked cabinet in laundry room. Make bleach more accessible or have a laundry sanitizer available.
