General Comments

3) Keep all walls and ceilings clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1310. Observed ceiling in Purcell dining with water damage near AC vent. Observed minor touch up paint needed in janitorial storage rooms and laundry rooms throughout facility. REPEAT VIOLATION Previous inspection violations corrected. 8) Keep all bathing equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1312 (a) and (f). Observed curtain in Purcell bathing with yellow buildup from disinfectant cleaner. Ensure all chemical is wiped off of surfaces. Observed toilet seat with fecal build up in room 279. CDI: Janitorial staff alerted to clean room. 27) Maintain adequate vet records for all animals. 15A NCAC 18A .1317 (f). Observed records that all animals are registered with "Therapy Dogs International" (TDI) but no physical records of shot dates present on site. Gather and provide rabies shot records for all animals visiting facility.
