.1313 (d) Institutions shall provide water heating facilities. Hot and cold running water under pressure shall be provided to carry out all operations. Hot water shall be provided at temperatures between 105 degrees Fahrenheit and 116 degrees Fahrenheit at handwashing and bathing facilities.
Observed hot water in room 104 at 101F. Observed hot water in 107 at 103F. Needs to be 105-116F. REPEAT VIOLATION. |

Observed deli sandwiches stored in refrigerator labeled as prepared on 5/4. CDI - Sandwiches were voluntarily discarded as they were passed the 7 day date marking. |
