5. Keep all ventilation equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1311 (b). Observed dust build up on vents in the dining room and in room 115. Needs cleaning. 13. Maintain the hot water at all resident accessible handwashing sinks and bathing facilities within the temperature range of 100°F to 116°F. 15A NCAC 18A .1312 (e). Observed water temperature at sink in bathing room at 118 F. Needs to be lowered to between 100F and 116F. 18. All multi-use drinking water utensils shall be cleaned and sanitized between users. 15A NCAC 18A .1314 (a). Observed personal cup stored in shared bathroom with no label and is not sanitized between users. CDI - Cup was removed and discarded. 24. Effective measures shall be taken to keep flies, rodents, cockroaches, and other vermin out of the establishment and to prevent their breeding or presence on the premises. 15A NCAC 18A .1317 (a). Observed small beetle on pillowcase in room 115. CDI - Beetle was removed. Drain plug missing on dumpster.
