No Points Deducted: 15. Observed no backflow preventer on the shower wand in room 108 & 109. Cross-connections with sewage lines, non-potable water supplies, or other potential sources of contamination are prohibited. 15A NCAC 18A .1313 (d). 36. Observed pink buildup in the lid and mouthpiece of the water pitcher on the med cart. Informed the employees to send to the kitchen to clean properly. All kitchenware and food contact surfaces of equipment, exclusive or cooking surfaces of equipment, used in preparation or serving of food or drink, and all food storage utensils, shall be cleaned after each use. 15A NCAC 18A .1320 (c).
