Observed meat on trays that are not covered with the clear plastic stored in grocery carts that are lined with trash can liners bags. EHS educated PIC and he stated that he had just put them in the bags while waiting to cover with the clear plastic wrap. CDI Trays were removed from can liners bags. REPEAT |
