Per PIC, lambs were delivered to facility within last hour. All other TCS items in WIC observed holding at 41F or below properly. EHS believes lambs were received above 41F. - CDI - Education provided. Do not accept TCS items if they are delivered above 41F. EHS observed lambs to be cooling at proper rate prior to leaving.
