6-501.11 Floors, walls, and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair. Observed wall behind meat display case with cracked tile. There is an issue with walk in freezer in seafood department, ice is building up between walls and causing wall to expand. Ice buildup is causing damage to tile, structural damage to wall behind meat market display case. PIC stated that wall has been looked at by corporate a few times recently, unsure if repair is scheduled. Observed walls in meat cutting room with chipped paint, rusting in spots. REPEAT. |
