Observed several items (beef chuck, T-bone steak, citrus salmon, pollock, cube steak...) temperature above 41F. PIC stated the units went on defrost mode for maybe about 30 minutes. PIC showed EHS how the system works in the mechanical room. CDI- 30 minutes later after defrost mode, all items temperature had dropped by 2 degrees. -0 pts- |
