4-903.11 Store cleaned equipment, utensils, linens and packages in a clean, dry location and at least 6 inches off the floor. Observed cleaned utensils stored on drain board which had a lot of orange build up on it. Drain board should be cleaned to hold clean utensils without contaminating them. |
