General Comment:
4-501.114 Maintain sanitizer at correct concentrations when being used to sanitize. -P. Observed no sanitizer available for use for FCS. Only sanitizer that was available was the sanitizer from the hose used to spray the floors. CDI: another sanitizer bag was brought from the back, installed, and quat sanitizer was made available at proper strength. |
