3-501.18 Discard the food requiring date labels once time/temperature window has expired, if it is not been labeled, or if the label is incorrect. -P Observed ready to eat seafood incorrectly date marked. Food handler stated that the crab cakes get a 5 day shelf life, however the discard date on for the actual product in the display was 6 days. CDI - PIC corrected the day. |
