6-501.11 Floors, walls, and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair. Observed areas of floors/wall damage during inspection. EHS highlighted areas, wall was missing some FRP down to where it connects to floor. EHS observed some loose FRP on walls, showed PIC areas during inspection. PIC stated she will place work order. |
