Observed two types of fish holding at >45F in the display cases today. PIC stated that they had been restocked wtihin the last hour and a half out of the walk in cooler. Due to the short amount of time the fish were out of temperature, they were moved back to the walk in cooler where they will fall in temperature quickly.
