6-501.11 Floors, walls, and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair. Observed damaged floor tiling at the back entryway into the meat market and near the meat grinding machine. Observed one hand sink in the ladies restroom peeling away from the wall. PIC Jennifer Jackson indicated a work order has been submitted for both items. Improvements continue to be made to facilities therefore points are not escalated. |
