General CommentsEHS provided PIC with an updated 3-page employee health policy. EHS recommends that PIC keep this up to date as proof of training in addition to what is currently available due to computer based trainings being in use for employees. This will be an easier/more efficient way to demonstrate training in the future. Additional copies may be found here: https://mecknc.widen.net/s/fnvphkwj8s/employee-health-poster---english

PIC stated he pulled all the items in the cases and put them in a cart. EHS inquired about what was going on with the product. PIC indicated that he pulled it to keep temp so that it wouldn’t have to be wasted while they determined what was going on with the case. EHS temped a log of bologna to determine if product was able to be saved, and bologna was 46F in the middle. Bacon was 42F. CDI: All items from the broken cases were immediately moved to be discarded once temperatures were taken.
