Observed a few packaged ribeyes in front grab n go case above 41F. PIC stated that the case has been holding proper temperature and that the steaks were overstacked in unit. EHS observed case holding at 38F. CDI: Employee took steaks to WIC to cool to 41F or below. Observed steaks drop in temperature by end of inspection. |
