3-302.11(A) Separate the different types of raw animal foods. -Pf Observed tenderized beof stored over whole muscle beef, chicken grillers over bacon, and RTE ham next to uncooked ham. PIC said this is all because of the planagram and is through corporate. CDI-PIC moved food to the correct cooking orders and will keep an eye on it from now on.
