***Some items on the customer self-serve case unit A-9. some part of same item or different items temperature measure 41F, 42F, 44F. PIC and EHS take a look at the defrost schedule in the mechanical room. the machine is not in the defrost mode at the time. Last defrost was about 2 hours ago. Ambient temperature of the cooler is 32F. PIC will follow up and have the technician take a look and make sure the unit is working properly.***
