Observed the person in charge of the department and of the store today did not have any approved certifications. CDI by instruction. Two point deduction begins in 2014. |

5-205.11 Using a Hand washing Sink-Operation and Maintenance. Hand sinks must be used for hand washing only. Observed a bowl was sitting in one of the handsink. PIC moved the bowl. 6-301.12 Hand Drying Provision. Observed paper towels would not come out of one dispenser and were very difficult to get out of the other. CDI, dispensers fixed by the PIC. |
