6-301.12 Provide paper towels or approved alternative for hand drying at each handsink. -Pf Observed no paper towels/dispenser at hand sink near meat cutting table. PIC stated employees now use other hand sink next to three compartment sink. CDI: PIC removed hand wash sign and soap from unused hand sink. Sink is now no longer in use. Useable hand sink is within reasonable distance from where food prep occurs. |
