EHS asked where employees were washing hands and the handsink and 3-comp sink were indicated. CDI - Water was turned on to handsink. EHS discussed handwashing with employees. |

CDI - Facility has a not thin probe thermometer to use temporarily and a new thin probe thermometer was ordered earlier this week due to the old one being accidentally broken. |
