Hand washing sinks may only be used for handwashing.-Pf Hand washing sinks shall be available at all times and used for the sole purpose of hand washing only. Observed hand washing sink with ground beef stored inside and live pudding on the side in area where a splash guard would be located. Both items were moved to a different location during the inspection. |
