3-302.11(A) Separate raw animal foods from ready-to-eat foods. -P Observed raw chicken patties stored above RTE plant based tofu chicken product. Observed RTE hams stored next to raw hams. CDI-PIC put tofu chicken above raw chicken and placed a divider between the raw and RTE hams. *Side note all items were on display for grab and go.
