4-501.11 Maintain equipment in good repair. Observed sanitizer in dispenser not reading. Sanitizer connected to hot water, only hot water comes out. Water needs to be 75F as mentioned on sanitizer directions. Facility had other sanitizers to use until the dispenser gets fixed. |
