Observed several old red meat trays that were cracked and in need of replacing. PIC indicated that trays are still on order. Due to remodel of store, order was set back.
Replace cracked bottom saw machine cover.
Repair washer at 3-compartment sink drain. Not retaining sanitizer in sink. |
