Observed no CFPM at the facility during time of the inspection. PIC has a ServSafe certification, but it expired last year and he has registered for an upcoming class to get re-certified.

Observed missing ceiling tiles in a section of the ceiling above the grab and go cold holding case area, where a bucket was placed underneath to collect water. PIC stated this happened a couple days ago due to a leak caused by the construction (facility is currently in the halfway stage of completion of their remodel).
Maintain ceiling in good repair to prevent possible entrance of pests.
6-501.114 Discard items and litter stored on the premises as they are not necessary to operation and maintenance.
Observed large stack of broken down cardboard boxes stored on the floor next to the 3-comp sink. PIC stated they had not received any deliveries today.
