General CommentsDuring inspection EHS observed date marks being stored inside food container wrapped in absorbent paper sleeves. EHS advised against placing these dates inside container due to potential contamination. EHS stated since the paper covering the date mark is absorbent it should not be placed inside the container with the food. PIC stated that steritech requires the date to be with the product but will switch to placing the date mark underneath container rather than inside.
