GENERAL COMMENT: PIC alerted EHS that plumbing issues are occurring in employee bathrooms in the break room. They are not currently in use and are directing staff to use Public restrooms. Ensure that all plumbing is repaired in a timely manner. PIC stated that they are having drainage problems with piping. PIC has stated that there are no sewage protruding on floors or contamination. |
