Relabel fading marking on sanitizer bottles.Sanitizing solutions shall consist of iodophors, quaternary ammonium or other chemicals or methods that are equivalent to the action of 50 parts per million chlorine solution. 15A NCAC 18A .1809 (b). |

Replace box spring in room 103 with duct tape present. Tighten legs on table and wipe/clean base of dresser drawer in room 203. Defrost and clean freezer section of refrigeration unit in room 218. Replace damaged lamp shade in room 210.Furniture, fixtures, carpets and other accessories shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1812 (d). GENERAL COMMENT: #13. Observed water temperature in room fluctuate between 114F-116F. Water temperature on water heater was adjusted and water temperature was reading 117-119F.Hot water in guest rooms shall be provided at a temperature of no less than 116°F (46.7°C) and no more than 128°F (53.3°C). 15A NCAC 18A .1810 (e). #23. Replace stained window covering in room 209. Replace pillow in room 105 with spots on pillow. **Window coverings shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1812 (b).
