Observed ice machine chute in the downstairs breeze way collecting black buildup.Ice Machines, equipment, utensils, and the room or area in which the machines are located shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1811 (c).26. Observed the ceiling cracking over the vanity into the restroom in room 211. The floors, walls, and ceilings of bedrooms, closets, and storage areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1812 (d).33.
