Observed: Some tub basins starting to flake paint.Bath, lavatory, and toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1809 (a).General Comments: 26: Minor dust collecting at the window, ceiling, walls area in room 1501. Clean. 27: A few mattresses collecting stains. Replace or provide a full zip on liner. Hard wired with battery backup CO detectors are installed in the appropriate rooms. Keep up the good work. |
