Observed employee water bottle stored on top of clean linen in linen bin on 3rd floor. Observed comforter removed from cover stored on floor in room that was being clean. Store clean linen in a manner to prevent contamination. Do not store or place clean personal items on or near clean linen. Do not store or place clean linen(comforter, pillow, sheets, fitted sheets) on the floor when cleaning room.
Soiled linen shall be so handled and stored as not to come in contact with clean linen. 15A NCAC 18A .1813 (c).
Clean linen and supplies shall be stored in cabinets, or on shelves in linen and supply storage rooms. 15A NCAC 18A .1813 (b). |
