Observed hand sink in the laundry room without paper towels and a handwashing sign. Keep supplies stocked at the hand washing sinks. |

15A NCAC 18A .1826 (h) Furnishings, bathroom fixtures, carpets, and other accessories in guest rooms, shall be kept clean and in good repair. REPEAT observed scuffs along baseboards on all three floors of the facility. Observed a ripped vent and a stain in the curtain in room 128. Observed some paint chipping off the walls in room 132. Observed stain on the curtain, cracks in the bathroom floor, a ripped vent, and a ripped mattress cover in room 231. Observed scuffs on the walls in room 311 and stains on the curtains, a hole in the wall and paint missing on the wall in room 328. |
