15A NCAC 18A .1826 (c) Sinks, vanities, toilets, and showers in guest rooms shall be cleaned and sanitized between guests. Observed no sanitizer being kept on housekeeping carts on multiple floors. Sanitizer was checked and determined to be below 150ppm in spray bottles and coming from dispenser in laundry room. Sanitizer was filled up at proper conetration from kitchen.
15A NCAC 18A .1826 (h) Furnishings, bathroom fixtures, carpets, and other accessories in guest rooms, shall be kept clean and in good repair. Observed stain on duvet cover and mattress in rooms 908 and 702. |
