3: Observed: Damaged flooring in the housekeeping rooms on floors 11-7.Floors, walls, and ceilings located in Lobby, Halls, Stairs, and Vending Areas, shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1808 (b).Provide an all purpose cleaner to clean the interior of microwaves, refrigerators, ice bucket and lids prior to sanitizing those items. Hotel is currently under renovations. Most of ground floor, second floor, and floors 3-6 are not guest accessible. At this time Battery Powered CO detectors are installed in the Temporary Lobby, Carolina Ball Room, and House Laundry Room. Once all renovations are complete Hard Wired With Battery Back Up CO detectors will be required in the following areas: House Laundry, Lobby (near staircase), Dining Room, and Carolina Ball Room.
