General Comments

Patrick Clay was present during the inspection and Sam Socias (GM) accepted the sanitation report. Housekeeping Cart Guide was issued.#8 - Observed quat sanitizer test strips were wet/damaged. **A method or equipment for testing the sanitizer shall be available and used to insure minimum prescribed sanitizer strength. 15A NCAC 18A .1809 (b).#17 - Observed an ice machine that was out of order had black residue on the ice shoot. **Ice Machines, equipment, utensils, and the room or area in which the machines are located shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1811 (c).**Observed exterior dryer lint trap (laundry room) with accumualtion of lint and was littering the ground.**All rooms requiring carbon monoxide alarms were in compliance (Laundry room, 201, and 206)
