7. Observed residue collecting on shower heads in several guest restrooms. Bath, lavatory, and toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1809 (a).27. Observed dust collecting on tvs, tv articulating wall mounts, and hanging lights in guest rooms throughout. Observed 2 stained couch cushions. Furniture, fixtures, carpets and other accessories shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1812 (d).. 32. Observed single service cups individually bagged next to toilet brush. Items on housekeeping carts shall be arranged in a manner to prevent cross-contamination between soiled and cleaned items. 15A NCAC 18A .1813 (e).33. Observed dumpster missing drain plug.
