Bathroom of room listed as clean ready/inspected where bathroom wasn't cleaned (room 1207) dirty towel hanging on back of door, used shampoo and conditioner containers in tub. |

15A NCAC 18A .1828 (d) Items on housekeeping carts shall be arranged in a manner to prevent cross-contamination between soiled and cleaned items. Observed housekeeping carts with unprotected single service coffee stirrers, coffee cups and lids. Brooms, lint rollers stored over clean linens.
Note: Keep grade card posted where visible upon guests entering. Card not posted on my arrival. |
