7. Observed tub faucets, shower head and soap holders collecting calcium residue, with shower curtain collecting dark residue. Observed toilet with chips present on top of lid. Keep all toilet, lavatory fixture items clean and in good repair. **Bath, lavatory, and toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1809 (a).13. Observed hot water in room 14 only reaching 107F. Water shall be maintained at 116-128F.**Hot water in guest rooms shall be provided at a temperature of no less than 116°F (46.7°C) and no more than 128°F (53.3°C). 15A NCAC 18A .1810 (e).20. Observed A/C vent collecting rust deposits in room 19. Keep A/C vents clean and in good repair. Observed damaged A/C grate in room 14.**In the absence of functioning windows, air conditioning and artificial lighting must be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1812 (a).
