Observed damaged AC filter, broken closet door, molds growing on carpet floor and bed skirts, AC unit is currently out of order in 324. Molds growing on bed skirts in 309. Observed soiled microwave, light bulb is out, and plastic bag in drawer in 225. Cleaning under sofa bed needed, and damaged drawer in 104. Observed black mildews/better cleaning or caulking for easily cleanable needed around the bath tubs (312, 324, 309, 225, 212, 322). Observed soiled/damaged AC filters throughout the facility. Keep furniture and fixtures clean and good repair. |
