1. Observed A/C unit at the end of the 2nd floor hallway with dust build up present. 3. Observed water stained ceiling tile in 1st floor hallway near fitness room. Observed stained carpet outside of 2nd floor maintenance closet. 8. Observed 1 loose toilet seat in room 239. Observed burn mark on edge of shower ledge in room 113. Keep toilet/bathing fixtures in good repair. 10. Observed small crack above light fixture in bathroom 103. 17. Observed ice machine leaking at backside on 1st floor near laundry room. 25. Observed some brown blankets with holes present. Keep linen in good repair. 27. Observed fridge racks with peeling/flaking paint. Keep racks in good repair.30. Observed storage including boxed cups and linen stored on floor. 31. Observed dirty linen stored on floor. Keep dirty linen in designated cart before wash cycle.
