#7 - Observed the toilet seats were loose in rooms 130 and 222. **Bath, lavatory, and toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1809 (a).#32 - Observed an employee's drink cup was stored on the housekeeping cart with the clean items. **Items on housekeeping carts shall be arranged in a manner to prevent cross-contamination between soiled and cleaned items. 15A NCAC 18A .1813 (e).#33 - Observed the dumpster had no drain plug, and the doors were left open. **All garbage and trash shall be collected and stored in covered containers in such a manner as not to create a nuisance. 15A NCAC 18A .1814 (a).
