15A NCAC 18A .1828 (a) Clean bed and bath linen, in good repair, should be provided for each guest. - Observed stained mattress cover in rooms 917 and 711. Spoke with staff about ensuring that any linen with set in stains may need to be removed to reduce the chances of someone thinking they're soiled.
Note: Hotel was almost at capacity with only 3 clean, vacant rooms (518, 711, 1517). Any other room checked was still considered dirty. |
