Touch up peeling paint on several doors. Replace broken handle on drawer in Rm#126. Clean dirty and badly stained carpet throughout the lodging establishment. Observed rusted refrigerators and shelving throughout the lodging facility. Observed dirty stained curtains on all the windows. One face cover missing and one face cover broken on the outlet in Rm# 112. Observed stained chairs and loveseat in all rooms. |

Observed mildew on the ceilings and walls of several bathrooms. Observed mildew on the ceiling in several rooms Rm#112; 126 & 214.
15A NCAC 18A .1826 (g) Perimeter walls and roofs shall protect the lodging establishment from the weather, and the entry of insects, rodents, and other pests. Observed holes in the exterior wall of the building; damaged wood siding in the back of the building stairwell storage room. Remove all stored broken appliances and electronics from blocking the walk way on the second floor. |
