-Observed boxes of toilet tissue stored on the floor and piled up high making it hard to move and clean. Store items according to the rule below and to help facilitate cleaning.
Clean linen and supplies shall be stored in cabinets, or on shelves in linen and supply storage rooms. 15A NCAC 18A .1813 (b).
-Observed the laundry bins unlabeled. Label bins "Clean" or "Soiled" to prevent the clean and soil linen from coming in contact with each other.
Soiled linen shall be so handled and stored as not to come in contact with clean linen. 15A NCAC 18A .1813 (c).
