Observed no backflow preventers on showers with wands that fall below flood rim, cabins C9 and Lodge.**Cross-connections with sewage lines or unapproved water supplies or other potential sources of contamination are prohibited. 15A NCAC 18A .1810 (c).GC #28: Observed some chewed wood and debris in cabinets in the Lodge. Make sure your facilities are checked for rodents. **All lodging establishments shall be kept free of roaches, flies and other pests. 15A NCAC 18A .1812 (e).GC #7: Observed corroded sink faucet fixture in C9. Shower curtains with mildew/scale build-up.**Bath, lavatory, and toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1809 (a).GC #33: Observed no drain plug in dumpster.**All garbage and trash shall be collected and stored in covered containers in such a manner as not to create a nuisance. 15A NCAC 18A .1814 (a).Note: Water heater in laundry and dryers are electric.
