3. -Observed heavy debris (paper, dust, dirt, dead beetles, etc) behind the beds and headboards in several rooms.-Observed stained ceiling tiles in the 1st floor hall and in the laundry room.-Observed a hole in the wall in the 2nd floor storage closet.Floors, walls, and ceilings located in Lobby, Halls, Stairs, and Vending Areas, shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1808 (b).7. Observed slow draining handsinks in rooms 321 and 113.Bath, lavatory, and toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1809 (a).23. Observed residue on the window curtains in several rooms.Window coverings shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1812 (b).33. Observed no drain plug in the dumpster. Ensure the rule below is followed.After cleaning the lavatory, faucet, and vanity, a sanitizer shall be applied to the lavatory and vanity using a method such as a wipe-on chemically-treated disposable sanitizing towel or equivalent. The sanitizer shall be left to air dry. 15A NCAC 18A .1809 (b).
